Yesterday at SOS Aloha, I spotlighted Tawna Fenske's interactive book, GETTING DUMPED Part 1, at this link. The cliffhanger inspired me to read GETTING DUMPED Part 2:
When we last saw JJ and Lori Schultz, their dinner was rudely interrupted by someone at the door with a gun. In this second episode of GETTING DUMPED, we learn who’s brandishing the pistol and follow along as the girls’ sleuthing kicks into high gear.
Who can JJ trust to help, and who’s hiding sinister secrets? Is it Collin, the surly British science geek? Pete, the D-list action-hero turned secretary? Or Daniel, the on-again, off-again boyfriend? Tune in, turn on, and help decide! Oh, did we mention that we’ve dialed up the sizzling sexiness, too?
Tawna Fenske splashed into RomanceLand in August 2011 with MAKING WAVES (at this link). Her second book, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, was equally entertaining (at this link). From Tawna's bio,
2. This giveaway is open to all readers.
A third-generation Oregonian who can peel and eat a banana with her toes, Tawna Fenske has traveled a winding career path from journalist to English teacher in Venezuela to marketing geek. She's the author of the popular daily blog "Don't Pet Me, I'm Writing" and a member of Romance Writers of America.
I posted my review of GETTING DUMPED Part 2 on Amazon at this link and Goodreads at this link. GETTING DUMPED Parts 1 and 2 are available in the entire Kindle family, NOOK Tablet, and other Android-based devices. I am giving away a Hawaiian print tote bag - it's not quite the designer bags from Lori but it will keep plastic bags out of the dump! I'll add a few Hawaiian treats for one randomly selected commenter. To enter the giveaway,
1. Leave a comment about your favorite purse - what makes it special? My favorite purse is a black Gucci clutch that a friend gave to me several years ago. I infrequently use it ... but I feel honored to have a "designer" purse.
2. This giveaway is open to all readers.
3. Comments are open through Friday, July 20, 10 pm in Hawaii. I'll post the winner on Saturday, July 21.
Mahalo,
Kim in Hawaii

ReplyDeleteI think all of my Coach purses are my favorite!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not really into purses, but my mom gave me this red purse (with coins inside, for good luck that's what she said) with cartoon designs, she sort of forgot that I'm already 25 years old! But I still have it with me and take good care of it.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite purse is a coach bag that my daughter gave me.
ReplyDeleteI don't have many purses. I usually buy them at Target and use them until they are pretty ratty looking. :) But, the purse I have right now is a black Coach purse that my friend got me for my birthday. I like it. Nice strap so I can wear it crossed over my body and plenty of room for stuff, but not too big.
ReplyDeleteI currently have a soft denim purse. It has zippered pockets for everything - cell phone, hand sanitizer, billfold, iPad, and all kinds of papers and change! It really is not that large but it holds so much! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI don't have a favorite purse. I usually like something that is big 'cause I seem to carry a ton of stuff and also need room for my Kindle or Nook. While traveling with my hubby this summer, I bought a $10 black polka dot purse that is big and I don't worry about it getting dirty.
