- Tagalongs

My children and I devoured the box of Tagalongs - there is something about chocolate and peanut butter! I gave the Thin Mints to my friend at the Recycling Center (who has helped the Library Friends dispose of large items). The Samoas will be my weekend treat.
I recently noticed that our commissary sells ice cream made with Girl Scout cookies ... will I ever win this Battle of the Bulge?!?!
Do you have a favorite Girl Scout cookie? One randomly selected commenter from this week's blogs will win a book choice from my convention stash. This giveaway is open to all readers. Comments are open through Friday, March 2, 10 pm in Hawaii. I'll post the winner on Saturday, March 3.
Mahalo,

Congrats to the winners. I used to love peanut butter sandwich ones.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to all the winners....my favorite Girl Scout Cookie is the Tagalongs!
ReplyDeleteSamoas, for sure.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winners.
ReplyDeleteDo I have a favorite GS cookie? YUP!!
Thin Mints rule. I just ate my last one last night.
I love GS cookies in general. Thin Mints are my favorite.
ReplyDeleteWhen my daughter was in Girl Scouts, she sold a ton of cookies. And I was cookie mom. We grew used to having a living room full of GS cookies. This year, not a single scout has come to our door to sell us cookies. Sadly, no cookies for us!
Thank you, Kim, and congrats to all the other winners.
ReplyDeleteMy favorites are the Samoas and the Thin Mints. I ordered some from my granddaughter and will be getting them this week. Of course, I'll be sharing with my grandchildren! :)
Congrats to the winners.,
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Girl Scout cookies and can never stop eating them once I start. lol When my 5 daughters were younger and they sold GS cookies it was a nightmare and Heaven at the same time. My ex used to ask Where are the cookies we're obviously paying for and I don't see. lol Little did he know they were long ago eaten :)But I did buy a couple extra so he could have some too. lol
Now the ice cream. Oh boy. Thin mints are my favorites.

Thanks so much for the win and congrats to the other winners!
ReplyDeleteThe Trefoils were always my favorite. I love a good shortbread cookie. I get them from various places but now that I don't have daughters in the girl scouts, I don't have as many boxes so my waistline thanks me lol.

Hi KIm!
ReplyDeleteI just received your email about winning Sweet Enemy by Heather Snow. YEAH! I can't wait to read it!
I always love when one of our neighborhood Girl Scouts show up so I can get my yearly "fix" of Thin Mints. I'm not suppose to eat any "sweets" but after all buying Girl Scout cookies is a must for any "retired" Girl Scout. I can still remember attending Girl Scout camp in up-state New York and singing "We are the Girl Scouts, Girl Scouts are we, climbing the mountains, blazing the trails ......".
Thanks so much Kim. I like Trefoils and Samoas the most.
ReplyDeleteSamoas are my favorite! That's why, this year when I ordered cookies, I got two boxes of cookies that I could eat, but aren't my favorite, so I didn't feel deprived when I gave them to my son and his girlfriend to eat. :D I'm determined to succeed on my diet. And I hope I never see that ice cream, that would be hard to resist.
ReplyDeleteI don't eat cookies, but just purchased a box of the lemon cookies from a scout I know for my husband.
ReplyDeleteI love them all but Samoas and Thin Mints are my favorites. I was a Cookie Mother for my daughters troup yrs ago and we had so many cases of cookies at my house it looked like a storage locker. My girls sold over 1,000 boxes. Yay!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity to enter giveaway.
