Stellar Timing (The Stellarverse) written by Jennifer L Hart
Can you make something out of nothing and believe it is real?
The earth in 2059 is lazy and its inhabitants survive off bad attitude, clones, and food enhancers. In another part of the universe there is a race fighting for its existence and Prince Brennigan may have lost the current battle to protect his people but the war is far from over. He is being banished to a place worse than hell for him – the planet Earth.
Brennigan is trying to find a way off this planet and get back home and it appears the only way to do that is with the help of a beautiful and untrustworthy witch named Noelle McIntyre. Ellie is actually shocked to find out she is a witch and the one person who holds the ability to get Brennigan and his shape shifting family back to their home planet of Terin since apparently she can create a portal. When she figures out what that is she just may do it to get rid of this irritating man who won’t stop communicating with her telepathically.
However, the problem with new witches is the lack of control over their powers and an inability to figure out when to do this and not that. But Ellie does get help and figures out how to create a portal to get herself and Brennigan’s happy bunch back to Terin to fight a new battle that this time he will win. Ellie and Brennigan share more than time and some fun adventures, they both have a passion for the truth and having experiences that take them outside their comfort zone. This is not the time or place for such high diversions but when love knocks, you definitely answer.
The battle is hard fought and Ellie proving to Brennigan that she is not like the last witch he loved but shows him she is pure of heart. He is a tough sell and even when they share one another’s every hope, thought and prayer he is still not convinced. What Ellie has to do to prove her love will win every romantic heart over and remind you of what love is meant to be.
Creating paranormal universes and characters that are detailed but not complicated is a very tight rope to write. Jennifer Hart shows she has the mettle to write it, get you to read it and absolutely love it. This story takes you to a place that you believe exists and worth fighting for to keep with characters that win you over with a sense of humor and kick in the pants spunk. Bravo!

Thanks for the review. I think I would like to read this one.
